The spaceThis is a very small condo (only about 750 square feet), but has enough space to sleep six. It’s not a fancy building or luxury complex but is a great getaway among the trees. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, closet, and an additional separate outside entrance. The bunk room has two twin beds and a large closet. The loft is what is being counted as the third bedroom and is open to the living room with very steep stairs for access. It has two twin beds and a large closet. The living room is very small but has a smart tv with cable, sofa, and chair. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, full-size range/oven. We provide coffee/tea, cooking oil, and s/p. The dining table seats four and there is a four-person bar. The large balcony has a picnic table and two rocking chairs. The views to the ski area are unreal. The bathroom has tub/shower, rock sink, toilet and is stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner. Parking: two cars only (one is in a lot that is a short walk away).
Additional notesThis is an older complex and the walls are very thin. You will hear the neighbors and the neighbors will hear you. NO PETS (it’s a strict HOA rule). Prices are as posted.
Guest interactionWe likely won't meet, but live in nearby Denver and are available for questions or issues during waking hours.
Neighborhood overviewWe are located at the base of Baldy Mountain. There are nearby hiking and cross country ski trails.
Getting aroundThere is a free "Summit Stage" bus stop a couple hundred feet from the condo that will take you to town and skiing. We are on the Boreas Pass Loop, "Lucky" stop if you want to research the timetable.
