This top floor one-bedroom unit with full kitchen and king-size bed has been recently remodeled in a hip, lakehouse-inspired style. It has absolutely amazing views across Lake Dillon to the Ten Mile Range.

The space

There is one flight of stairs to a shared vestibule and one more flight up into the condo. The living area has a sofa bed, tv with HD cable and wifi (for Netflix, etc.), a wood burning stove (wood not provided), and a big deck with insane views that you can't help but stare out at. The bedroom has a king-size bed, dresser, and closet. Within the bedroom is a full bathroom stocked with bath products. Note that the bathroom is in the bedroom so if you are sleeping on the sofabed, you have to walk through the bedroom to use the bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to cook a whole meal. There is an eating bar for three but no formal dining table. Cool design touches include wood floors throughout, mountain-modern furniture, rock sinks, and vintage lake memorabilia from Grandpa's fishing cabin.

The building has a large grassy area with a volleyball court, picnic tables, grills, and lake access..

Additional notes

This condo is located in an older building that isn't as nice on the outside as our condo is on the inside. It also has thin walls so you will hear neighbors and neighbors will hear you. There is also limited parking. You only get one parking pass and it does not guarantee a space. On busy weekends or holidays, you may have to park 1/2 mile away in overnight parking in the Town of Dillon. It happened once last year to guests who arrived late, but if you can't park at the building, we will buy you dinner (refund you $25 for your troubles).

Guest interaction

We live in Denver and you will access the condo with a code so we likely won't see you. But, if you need us we try to be available during waking hours. 24/7 service isn't guaranteed.

Neighborhood overview

This lakefront complex is 1/2 mile down the road from the main town of Dillon, home to restaurants, shops, and bowling. Keystone ski area is a 10-minute drive away and the free Summit Stage bus stops 1/3 mile away which travels all over the county.
